Western blot analysis of Pla2g4b was performed by loading (from left to right): Mouse stomach tissue, 293T and Jurkat cell lysates (40µg) on to a 6% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Pla2g4b antibody (Product # PA5-50642) at a 1/1400 dilution for 1 minute, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
